At CoWorkSpace, our approach to membership pricing reflects our commitment to relationships, cost-effectiveness, and authenticity. Instead of setting rigid price points upfront, we choose a methodology that aligns with our values and long-term vision for our community.

Our membership pricing is based on the maximum capacity of each office suite. T

his ensures that every member gets an optimal balance between space and cost. Membership plans for larger suites are priced accordingly, considering not just size but also the resources required to maintain a comfortable and well-equipped environment.

Why We Don't Publicly List Prices

When we first built our website, we included some pricing details. However, we later decided to remove them for a few key reasons:

We Value Relationships Over Transactions

CoWorkSpace thrives on a relational culture. The relationship-building process begins even at the prospect stage.

We offer free tours of our premises and actively support you in finding a coworking space that aligns with your needs—even if it’s not with us.

Pricing conversations are best had within this context, allowing us to understand potential members’ needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Valuing relationships extends beyond just our members.

We know most of the security personnel and cleaners in our building by name.

Delivery couriers to our address also know that they have a place where they can take a short toilet break during long hours of delivery. 

It’s not much, but it’s something—and it reflects how we see relationships as an integral part of our space. Visitors to our office, whether they are members or not, are always offered a beverage as a small gesture of hospitality and warmth.

We Are Cost-Efficient, Not Cost-Competitive

Our focus has never been on offering the lowest price, but rather on providing fair, sustainable pricing for our premium location at Raffles Quay. 

We prioritize full occupancy with members who appreciate the quality of our space,  services and corporate culture.

Authenticity in Pricing Adjustments

Over the years, some costs will inevitably increase. However, one thing remains constant: our pricing will never fluctuate due to landlord-driven rental hikes.

Unlike other coworking spaces, we own the entire Level 16 of our building, meaning that external rental market forces do not dictate our prices.

The cost increases we anticipate are related to utilities—electricity and water being among the most significant expenses at CoWorkSpace.

With Singapore’s inflation trends, these factors naturally contribute to periodic adjustments in pricing. However, we remain transparent about these changes and only adjust prices where necessary, ensuring that members always receive fair value.

A Baseline for Pricing Transparency

While we can’t list all our membership prices here, we can share that our base pricing starts at SGD 1,500/month (excluding GST) for a basic room with no view (2-3 pax, approximately 20 sqm).

This price does not include any ongoing promotions at the time of writing.

For office suites with views, pricing varies based on view type and capacity. This is why we encourage prospects to visit in person—to truly appreciate the coworking space and evaluate its suitability for their needs.

That said, we also understand the frustration of those who have visited countless properties, only to be met with undisclosed prices that ultimately did not match their budget. We believe transparency is key and strive to ensure that conversations about pricing are fair, open, and aligned with long-term expectations.
