Why We Chose to Trademark the Name
The trademark registration came through on 18 March 2025. That small ® beside our name now represents something far more than a formality.
CoWorkSpace wasn’t created as a trend play.
We shaped it through conversations — real ones, with clients in finance, fund management, and external asset management.
Over time, we began to understand what they truly needed in a workspace: responsiveness, reliability, and infrastructure that holds up to scrutiny.
The name started as a concept, became a space, and eventually became a reputation. Registering the trademark is one way we’re choosing to protect that.
This isn’t just a legal milestone — it’s part of the CoWorkSpace branding story. One that reflects what we stand for, and how we've chosen to build.

The Symbol Behind the Name
To many, ® simply means “registered.”
To us, it also signals that we’re choosing to do things Right — with structure, with thought, and with the same care we’ve put into every part of this space.
Trademarking CoWorkSpace wasn’t about locking in a logo.
It was about safeguarding the trust our name now carries — trust shaped by working alongside companies who navigate compliance frameworks, handle sensitive data, and operate in industries where precision matters.

Why the Logo Looks the Way It Does
We’ve never explained this before — but now feels like the right time to share the meaning behind our logo.
- The hexagon-like shape represents a Space — secure, clean-lined, and open-ended.
- The C layered over that space isn’t random. It symbolises Community — something we prioritise by design.
- The blue “co” reflects Collaboration — the energy that lifts ideas, makes problems solvable, and sparks decisions.
- The grey “work” is grey on purpose. Working in isolation can feel like that — duller, quieter, sometimes heavier.
But when collaboration meets work, in a space built for it — the atmosphere changes.
Conversations pick up.
Focus sharpens.
The space lights up. Just like our neon sign in the reception area.
More Than a Trademark
Registering the trademark means aligning our brand with our values.
It’s a reminder that while we’re not the ones managing funds or regulatory filings, we’ve listened to those who do — and we’ve built CoWorkSpace to support them.
CoWorkSpace is run by Sinowealth Group, a homegrown Singapore company that understands the weight of trust, responsiveness, and long-term thinking — because we’ve been in the room, heard the conversations, and chosen to build accordingly.
The CoWorkSpace branding story isn’t about perfection. It’s about deliberate choices.
About doing things Right.
